• Insta Ride & Insta Trip have the right to withdraw and cancel services, and make, alter, or receive financial transactions as deemed necessary for the benefit of the company, services and or products provided and or at the discretion of the company, on behalf of the customers, clients or corporate accounts.

• Customers can expect that all information presented on website to be accurate and true, Insta Ride & Insta Trip will be responsible to rectify, at no additional cost to customers,  any information errors presented on the website by error of the company or for any website downtime caused by hosting site. Although, we will not be liable for any website downtime caused by customers internet connection nor private or public WiFi connection.

• Rider and drivers are prohibited in participating in behavior, such as, but not limited to, unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, sexual harassment, promotions, spam, etc are forbidden.

• If terms and or conditions are not met, our company has a right with its sole discretion to disable user accounts.
